Bala S Rajaratnam (Dr)

Dr Bala, a Specialist Adult Educator (Curriculum Development) has been working in the IHL and health care sector for more than 32 years. He has developed numerous PET & CET courses and also has a Specialist Diploma in Advanced Facilitation. Dr Bala was the 1st local Manager/Physiotherapy at School of Health Sciences, Nanyang polytechnic. He also held an Adjunct Professorship at Universiti Kebangsan Malaysian. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience. Dr Bala holds a PhD from National University of Singapore, a Master in Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and an ACTA qualification.
