William Thien

William Thien has worked in the Shipbuilding, Engineering and the Hotel industries. He is a pre-qualified consultant with SPRING Singapore. His consulting services include strategic planning, recruitment, compensation, performance management and appraisal system, learning and development, talent and career management, employee handbook development. William is a key author for “The Hands On Guide-HR Manager, Singapore” by CCH Asia Pte Ltd since 1999. He also co-authored the Singapore chapters of “Employment Law Asia.” He has been an editorial advisor of the People Strategies. William holds a Bachelor of Science (Econs) (Hons) in Management Studies, a Master of Arts in Instructional Design & Technology, and a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. He is a certified Practicing Management Consultant, certified Productivity Consultant and Specialist Adult Educator.
