Simon received his Doctor of Philosophy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and is a strong advocate of mixed methods research approach. His research interests are in the areas of institutional leadership, organisational performance, workplace values, adult learning principles, and instrument development using Rasch analysis psychometric techniques. Simon currently serves as a reviewer for the Cambridge Educational Research e-Journal and is actively involved in the IAL’s Adult Learning Collaboratory.
