Strategic Foresight: Four Futures Scenarios for Training and Adult Education in Singapore

What will training and adult education look like in Singapore in 2035?
This report presents four plausible futures for Singapore’s Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector. Developed under TAE3, IAL’s third national study of the TAE sector, these scenarios are thinking tools for strategic dialogue and stress-testing. Rather than predicting the future, they are designed to help stakeholders challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare for different possibilities.
