Course Overview

Facilitate Learning at the Workplace

This programme is targeted at individuals who are keen to faciliate, coach and assess learning in their organisation and are seeking new ways to enhance learning to elevate performance at the workplace.

You may already have excellent job domain skills and knowledge. However, imparting these abilities and ‘know-how’ to others may be challenging. The Workplace Learning Facilitator (WLF) programme aims to boost your competencies to deliver effective training and assessment at the workplace. You will increase your effectiveness as a workplace learning facilitator by learning to develop and deliver systematic learning plans and assessment records.

Upon completion of the programme, you will be issued with the respective Statement of Attainments (SOAs) from SkillsFuture Singapore which can be obtained through MySkillsFuture Portal.

This programme is offered by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous institute of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (UEN: 200504979Z) (SUSS).

NOTEWe do not accept self-sponsored applications for this programme. Employers sponsoring their staff for this programme will have to register on behalf of the learners, via their MyIAL organisation portal
