Her goal is to help organisations build a skilled and resilient workforce by advising them on ways to meet current and future workplace needs through organisational learning solutions. She has a strong grounding in Learning Needs Analysis, Curriculum & Instruction Development, Facilitation, and Training-The-Trainers.
