Skills-First: Turning Skills into Opportunities for Careers and Businesses

Skills-First: Turning Skills into Opportunities for Careers and Businesses

Skills-First recognises what people can do, what they can learn to do, and how they can contribute. It creates more opportunities for people to grow and thrive, while helping organisations identify, develop and make better use of the skills they need.

Putting Skills-First into practice takes experimentation and shared learning. By trying new approaches and sharing what works, we can make Skills-First an everyday practice.
