What Is This Session About?

Employees’ well-being has become increasingly important since the pandemic. It is not just a nice-to-have or feel-good factor; it plays a crucial role in individual productivity, performance, and offers business advantages as well. This course will equip you with tools to achieve more with less effort and reduce stress at both personal and professional levels. As the workplace continues to evolve, your personal brand becomes essential to your success. With job roles potentially changing tomorrow and technology constantly making old skills obsolete, it's vital to build credibility, position yourself effectively, and learn how to communicate your unique contributions by highlighting your strengths and values. Building a network at work and beyond, and being the best version of yourself, are also key. Personal branding is fundamental to shaping our professional identities. We should no longer see ourselves merely as employees of an organisation. The many channels available for our professional voices and identities to be seen mean we are not limited to working within our organisations. With a strong personal brand, we can focus on the broader industry and be prepared to handle any challenges that come our way.

This course focuses on the critical core skills (CCS) of ‘Self-management’ at intermediate level; is designed to help you analyse your own well-being and personal effectiveness; to develop strategies in regulating self and build personal brand.
